Ecem Arslan completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law and graduated in 2024 with a double major in Law and Political Science. She completed her legal internship, primarily focusing on competition law and obtained her attorney's license in 2025. She began working at Istanbul Bilgi University Competition Law and Policy Research Centre in 2026.
