Competition Law in Practice Seminars 2022, the fifth book of the Competition Law in Practice Seminars book series, was published by On İki Levha Publishing.

Competition Law in Practice Seminars 2022 consists of 18 articles written within the scope of the papers presented at the seminars in the spring term of 2022. The topics of the articles in this year's book are the debates on the current decisions of the Turkish Competition Board, administrative courts, and the European Commission, the mechanisms introduced with Competition Act amendment in 2020 and the applications made by the Turkish Competition Authority based on these amendments, examinations on the concepts related to competition law, sector-based competition law analyses, competition law issues in digital markets and regulations regarding this field, and the main debates in competition law.
