Competition Law in Practice Seminars 2023, the sixth book of the Competition Law in Practice Seminars book series, was published by On İki Levha Publishing.

Competition Law in Practice Seminars 2023 consists of 16 articles written within the scope of the papers presented at the seminars in the spring term of 2023. The topics of the articles in this year's book are the debates on the current decisions of the Turkish Competition Board, administrative courts, and the European Commission, recent developments regarding anticompetitive agreements and abuse of dominant position, new guidelines issued in the European Union, competition law issues in digital markets and regulations regarding this field, sector-spesific competition law analyses and the fundamental debates in competition law.
